








Community Coached Run/Walk/Run Group
Trailstrong Running offers year-round coached running focused on the Run/Walk/Run method pioneered by Jeff Galloway. We run 3 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays.
The run group starts with optional Pre-Hab Strength Training at 5:15pm; then heads out for a 35-45minute run/walk at 5:45pm. We return and finish off with a mobility & stretch routine. Saturdays include longer run distances as desired.
The Run Group is broken up into three seasons throughout the year with the next group starting June 9:
Spring Season: February - May ($65)
Summer Season: June - November ($65)
Winter Recovery Season: December & January ($50)
