Race Plan Review & Customization - $25

You’ve picked what looks like the perfect race, downloaded a 10K, 5Mile or Half-Marathon plan, and you’re ready to go… but something feels off. Not sure if the plan actually fits you? Maybe the race includes some tricky terrain, or a lot of hills - or even one of our region’s famous downhill only races at the Iron Horse Trail?

You’ll get expert eyes on your current plan—whether it’s one you bought or built yourself. After a quick consult chat, we’ll revise and customize it to match your goals, your life, and your running style. You’ll walk away with a personalized strategy that makes sense for your body and your race. Turnaround is 2–3 days after our conversation—easy, useful, and totally tailored.

Run Assessment & Race Plan Creation - $50

Not quite sure what your long run pace should be? Ever heard of a tempo run but not sure how it fits into your training? Ready to take on a half-marathon (or something shorter!) but want a plan that actually makes sense for you?

We’ll meet at a local track to complete a one-mile assessment. From there, I’ll build a custom training plan based on your current fitness, your goals, and your lifestyle. You’ll get personalized pacing and a plan that actually fits you—not something pulled from the internet.

Your plan will be ready 5–7 days after our track session, and you’ll be set up to train smarter, not harder. If you would like to meet up or consult at times throughout your plan, additional sessions are available at a cost of $15 each per 30 min touch-base.
