Ready to take on a half-marathon (or something shorter!) but want a plan that actually makes sense for you? We’ll meet at a local track to complete a one-mile assessment. From there, I’ll build a custom training plan based on your current fitness, your goals, and your lifestyle. You’ll get personalized pacing and a plan that actually fits you—not just something pulled from the internet.
Your plan will be ready 5–7 days after our track session, and you’ll be set up to train smarter, not harder. If you would like to meet up or consult at times throughout your plan, additional sessions are available at a cost of $15 each per 30 min touch-base.
